The 24x84 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper part # e96ZR can hold a spare tire but there isn't any sort of specific mount for this. The photo attached below is a custom job from a neighbor and I'm not totally sure what they used to create this. If you want to try and recreate this you're welcome to but we don't have any advice for this. For your 2017 Keystone Laredo 357BH the best way to convert it to electric over hydraulic disc is the Hydrastar kit part # HSE7K-T1. This comes with everything needed except for oil caps for the hubs which you'd need to also get with the part # HYD27FR and you'd be set.

If you don't have the clearance available for the recommended overhang on a Slide-Topper then you can indeed just go with a smaller size (keeping in mind that it may not give you full coverage).
